Still in the idea phase, this aspect of Noté Karacel Uganda would provide women with a variety of empowering education and resources to better the holistic well-being of themselves, their children and families. This may be done through initiating cooperatives, health care seminars, and other proactive means of providing the means to enhance the quality of life in the community. Leadership and teamwork would also be fostered among the women.
